Demolition of the former Territorial Army buildings within the Conservation Area of Hertford, backing onto Hartham Park. The creation of a traditional and sympathetic terrace facing Port Hill and to the rear of the site the design of a contemporary style scheme facing the canal. This scheme won the 2004/2005 Civic Design Award.
